Exciting news!!! We are under contract for a small camp located in Holeb, Maine. The camp is located on the Moose River about one and a half miles upstream from the confluence of Holeb Stream. Trips can be started here, or, for a real old-fashioned trip, we can start in Jackman and go to the camp.

Deer cutting has started and despite the official word that the harvest may be lower this year, it seems that people have been having some success.

Partridge (Ruffed Grouse) hunting season starts October 1. Let me know if I can help with a hunting trip. Partridge hunting is a good family activity. You can let your kids be kids and still bag a few birds.

If you have any specific dates in mind for a 2010 Bow Trip let me know. It's never too early to start planning.
